TCIC Connect

TCIC Connect October 25, 2019

Welcome to TCIC Connect where we keep you up to date on what’s happening in the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Here is your October 25th, 2019 edition.

Women’s Ministries Retreat

Next weekend the conference will  be hosting women from throughout the Atlantic Caribbean Union for its Women’s Ministries Retreat at the East Bay Resort in South Caicos. Please pray that the retreat will be a blessing for the women and that they will be spiritually revived to reach out to their fellow women within and outside of the church.

Prayer Vigil

Tomorrow evening October 26 at 7 pm the Conference will be hosting a prayer vigil where we will ask God to stem the tide of crime on the island of Providenciales. The venue for this event will be Miracle Close, that  is the lane right beside Lapels Laundromat on the Millennium Highway.

Ephesus SDA Church Building Rally

The Ephesus SDA will be hosting a Church Building Rally tomorrow evening at 6:30 p.m. at the Shining Stars Preparatory. The church is inviting all congregations on Providenciales to join them as they seek to raise funds to complete their church building.

Creation Sabbath

The Global Seventh-day Adventist Church will be celebrating Creation Sabbath tomorrow. We believe that the scriptures clearly teach us that God created the world in 6 literal days and he rested on the 7th day.  As we worship God this Sabbath we can find rest in Him and remember that He is our creator.

Pastors’ Appreciation Day

This Sabbath is also being celebrated as Pastors’ Appreciation Day. Let your pastor know how much you value his work and the service offered by him and his family.
