The goal of the Ministerial Department of the Turks and Caicos Islands Conference is to Minister to Pastors and their families, local church Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses, whereby mobilizing and equipping them to give service and leadership to the Lord’s flock.
Objectives:
- To provide moral and spiritual support for Pastors and their Families.
- To provide the necessary resources for training and equipping, for the efficient proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Ensures the ongoing training of pastors in theology and human relations.
- To advises those who feel called to pastoral ministry, and guide them in their choice and deepening of their relationship with God.
- To provide training and certification for all local Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses in the local congregations
